Description
1. Able to do cost estimates.
2. Excellent coordination and interface management skills
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
3. Able to work in a teamwork environment and motivate team members.
4. Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost, and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
5. Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of product.
6. Responsible for the receiving and pricing of RFQ's from different agencies, Public and Private.
7. Process purchase orders of winning bids for different Government agencies.
8. Responsible for Procurement of various goods and services and obtaining documentation regarding Supply, Installation, and delivery of various Hardware and Construction, Electrical materials and the like.
Accommodation can be arranged to applicants outside Metro Manila and Quezon City Area.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Language(s): Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
