· Prepares plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies
· Follows and enforces the company's procurement policies and procedures
· Reviews, compares, and analyzes products and services to be purchased
· Manages inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
· Maintains and updates supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, prices, etc.
· Maintains good supplier relations and negotiating contracts
· Sources and evaluates prospective suppliers
· Performs other related work as maybe assigned by the management

· Cost control & cost benefit analysis
· Risk analysis evaluations
· Negotiating skills
· Can work with minimal supervision
