Staff Outsourcing Solutions is currently looking for:
PURCHASING CLERK
(On-site assignment & Graveyard shift)
Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the sourcing and purchasing of dietary supplement ingredients and packaging materials.
• Ensure continuous ingredient supply to maintain consistent production schedules.
• Collaborate closely with the production, quality assurance teams, and global suppliers.
• Address and solve vendor issues, ensuring optimal quality and pricing.
Qualifications:
* Must be fluent in English and have a High School Diploma, higher education is a plus
* 2+ years of experience in a purchasing role, preferably in the dietary supplement or related industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
* Strong communication skills and understanding of regulatory requirements for dietary supplements
* Team player and able to work with less supervision
* Good problem solver & with a positive attitude
* Well-organized, Responsible, and has Initiative
* Must be willing to work on graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
* Willing to start immediately
