The Cebu Safari & Adventure Park is the premier Safari park in the country located in Northern Cebu. It serves as a sanctuary for hundreds of different species of plants and animals. A brainchild of hippophile and orchid collector, Senyorito Michel Lhuillier, together with his business partner, Mr. Eduard J. Loop, this over 170-hectare property features more than a thousand animals from 120 different species.
The Park’s main features for now are the African Savanna, Michelle’s Garden, Gardens of the World, and the White Lion Safari.
The Park also caters to adventure seekers with its very own Adventure Park which features one of the longest and highest Ziplines in the country at 1.3 kms. long and 671 m. above sea level.

II. ABOUT THE ROLE: PURCHASING ASSOCIATE
The job includes procurement process, conducting research for potential vendors, negotiation, inspection of goods, documentation of requisitions, maintenance of records, reordering, payment requests and receiving of stocks.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Conduct research for potential suppliers.
2.Sourcing of goods, products and services and negotiating the best deals or most cost effective deals.
3.Sort out and consolidate all requisitions or request from all departments. Prepare purchase requests and order for approval.
4.Perform inventory inspection and reordering of supplies.
5.Update and maintain records of all orders, payments and received stock.
6.Establish professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
7.Ensures all requests or orders are delivered on a timely manner.
8.Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior or manager.
III. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics or any business related course. Entry to 1 year Experience. Excellent Negotiation Skills. Good organizational and planning skills. Good communication and interpersonal skill. Keen to details.
