Is currently looking for:
 
PURCHASING ASSOCIATE
 
FUNCTIONS
Sourcing of suppliers for various construction materials.
Check requisition for specification purpose, quantity, delivery date.
Canvass and prepare purchase order availability of materials, price, and terms.
Send out P.O’s and follow up delivery schedules
Clerical/Administrative duties such as preparation of bids, gathering of quotes.
Prepare request for payment of suppliers
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or any related course.
Required Skill(s): purchasing and inventory control, analysis, inventory and stock management.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and Power point
Entry level purchasing methods and procedures including buying and inspection methods is an advantage.
The position is open to all individuals who has the potential to work with our Purchasing Department team with the commitment and passion for work.
