TSGC is a management and consultancy company. As of the present, it has two different, independent subsidiaries: Sebuana Global Foods Corp. (SGFC) and Sebuana Lifestyle Concepts Inc. (SLCI).
 
SGFC is engaged in the business of food and beverage industry, and a distributor of local and international food products. It is doing business with the following brands: Sip Café, Sip Coffee and Tea, Lil' Sip and Mega Supply Depot.
 
SLCI is engaged in the retail and beauty industry, and it supplies local and international beauty products. It is doing business with the following brands: Trifona Clothing and Fashion Accessories, Trifona Beauty Lounge and International Cosmetica Trading.

PURCHASING ASSISTANT
 
Qualifications:
Can drive manually-operated vehicles
Has driver's license
With or Without experience
Focused and Organized
Team Player, and with Individual Initiative
Must be flexible and willing to do field work/travel which includes inter-branch visits and must be able to understand and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
Has knowledge and ability to negotiate best vendor terms and pricing
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assists the purchasing officer
Monitors stock levels and identifies purchasing needs
Research potential vendors
Tracks orders and ensures timely delivery
Evaluates vendor offers, negotiates prices, and maintains accurate records of invoices and contracts
Follow up with suppliers to confirm or change orders
Liaise with operation staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
Ensures that orders received are accurate and in good condition
Handles goods throughout the purchasing process
Works closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company
Maintains current awareness of industry market trends
Keeps accurate records of purchases made
Flexible to travel to meet with suppliers, distributors and manufacturers as required
