Job Description:
• To assist procurement head in sourcing activities materials and services.
• Sourcing new suppliers/materials needed based on request.
• Sending purchase orders thru email or fax.
• Confirming purchase request on requesting department.
• Responsible for the timely placement of Purchase orders and delivery of materials to meet customer order requirements.
Qualification:
1. Must be a graduate of BS in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any related courses.
2. Must have at least two-year experience in the Purchasing/Procurement Department.
3. Preferably with knowledge in the manufacturing setting (products, machines and equipment)
4. Must have knowledge and skills in canvassing, talking to different suppliers and cost bargaining.
