Job description:
Purchase Order Requisitions
Handles all requisitions and purchases of the following but not limited to:
Ø Office supplies/equipment/furniture
Ø Transportation services (airline)/ hotel accommodation/ air condition /
Ø Company forms
Ø Medical consumable products
Ø Equipment - Insurance/Marine/EEI
Ø Systems Maintenance
Ø Spare parts
Ø Vehicles/Insurance
Ensures that all requisitions have been canvassed with at least three suppliers before endorsing it for approval.
Monitors and checks the deliveries of supplies, parts, equipment, and all other orders.
Importation
Ensures that all pertinent documents for importation and purchases are secured from supplier & broker and is properly maintained and filed.
Coordinates with suppliers, broker, and Bureau of Customs personnel regarding the release of shipment and delivery.
Communicates and negotiates with both clients and suppliers.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.
Has excellent communications skills.
