The Purchasing Assistant is responsible and requires to purchase all goods and materials (both finished and raw. The position requires you to purchase all goods and materials. Daily order requisitions and closing out of purchase orders along with researching new materials and vendors are all part of the daily activities of the position. Their job duties can vary widely, not just from job to job, but from day to day at the same job. On any given day, they may perform a variety of tasks, such as:
Maintain good relationships with all vendors
Coordinate and negotiate all Vendor pricing to keep inventory costs at a reasonable and cost-effective price.
Develop and maintain vendor relationships
Update concern department regarding product availability
Generate monthly Purchase Reports
Place all approved orders with the supplier.
Follow-up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules
Closing out of purchase orders to accounting
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Compiling and maintaining records of purchase transactions
Purchasing Staff Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Basic knowledge on the function of purchasing section.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree

Kulim Hi Technology Philippines Corporation is looking for a well-organized, energetic purchasing assistant to help the purchaser carry out day-to-day tasks. a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to keep our office operation running smoothly and efficiently.
