Is urgently in need of:
PURCHASING ASSISTANT
 
Qualifications:
Male or Female
A graduate of any accountancy course
At least 1 year experience in canvassing & purchasing of construction materials
Has negotiating skills
Must have the ability to analyze costs
Must be efficient, well-organized and can work under pressure
Full-Time position(s) available
Responsibilities:
Filing Purchase Order  and Budget Form
Encoding of Purchase Order
Accepting Billing Form of the Sub-contractors and encode the billing
Submitting of Budget Form to the President
Billing of Sub-contractors
Reporting to the President the status of requested materials from previous request to the latest material request.
