Must have completed bachelor's degree in any Business related course; Civil Engineering graduates are welcome to apply
Highly competent, self-driven and have passion for excellence
Work experience in the construction company is an advantage but fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply
Preferably 1 yr Experience Employee specialized in Purchasing/ Inventory/ Materials and Warehouse Management or equivalent
Excellent negotiation skills and can maintain good relationship with supplier
Job Role
Responsible in Preparation of Bid Recap
Facilitate in Purchase Order
Vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with suppliers/vendors)
Ensure that purchased orders are delivered by coordinating with the supplier
Liaising closely with the estimator at the tendering stage to ensure that an accurate project cost is provided
Preparing and maintaining cost reports in order to maximize efficiency within the business
Negotiating and agreeing the most favourable terms possible with supplier once a contract has been secured
