To assist procurement head in sourcing activities materials and services.
Sourcing new suppliers/materials needed based on request.
Sending purchase orders thru email or fax.
Confirming purchase request on requesting department.
Responsible for the timely placement of Purchase orders and delivery of materials to meet customer order requirements.
Qualification:
Must be a graduate of BS in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any related courses.
Must have at least two-year experience in the Purchasing/Procurement Department.
Preferably with knowledge in the manufacturing setting (products, machines and equipment...)
Must have knowledge and skills in canvassing, talking to different suppliers and cost bargaining.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
