Description
Speedy facilitation of the purchasing requirements for both local items.
Receive material requisition form, canvass, prepare purchase order specially for Davao Plant.
Canvasses and purchases of all local raw materials, spare parts, equipment, supplies and services, including sourcing of installation contractors for accreditation, upon receipt of approved requisition.
Prepares and submits canvass report on requisitioned items, daily.
Monitors deliveries of purchased items and forward the same to end-user.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
Availability for travel: Yes
