PURCHASER
Responsibilities:
Sourcing local suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses
Assessing vendors and suppliers, and their offerings with in-person visits, interviews and quality of products to supply
Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit JMS Fuel Resources
Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services
Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping
Perform other task as instructed by general manager and department manager
Qualifications:
BS Engineering or business-related course.
2-4 years' experience as purchaser.
Well organized and good communication skills
Pro-active and can easily adapt to work environment
With good sense of accountability and responsibility.
