Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
Research potential vendors
Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Review quality of purchased products.
Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
Prepare cost analyses
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change order.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course. Preferably business-related course.
Organized especially with paper works.
Knows basic knowledge on accountancy.
Preferably has experience in handling purchasing.
