 Contacts suppliers in order to schedule expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries and other problems
 Confirms all orders and their subsequent deliveries
 Prepares, maintains and reviews purchasing files, reports and price lists
 Searches for potential alternate suppliers that sell cheaper products but could still meet company and client requirements
 Prepares and submits reports as requested
QUALIFICATIONS:
 a graduate of any 4 year business courses (e.g. Business Administration, Accounting-related courses)
 with at least 1 year experience in purchasing
 Excellent administrative skills
 Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 Excellent in oral and written communication skills
 Knows basic accounting is an advantage
