PURCHASER STAFF
Duties and Responsibilities:
Research or Canvass New Potential Suppliers
Compare and Evaluate Offers from Suppliers
Negotiate Contract Terms of Agreement and Pricing
Coordinate and Track Company Drivers and Ensure Timely Delivery
Review and Check Quality of Purchased Products
Enter and Record Purchase Order Details into Internal Database
Maintain Updated Records of Purchased Products, Supplier and Delivery Information and Invoices
Prepare Reports on Purchases
Monitor Stock Levels and Construction Site as Needed
Coordinate with Warehouse Staff to Ensure Proper Storage
Attend Trade Shows and Exhibitions to Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends (as needed)
Qualification
Proven Work Experience as a Purchasing Officer or Similar Role
Good knowledge of Suppliers Sourcing Practices (researching, evaluating, canvassing and liaising)
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Understanding of Supply Chain Procedures
Solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to create Financial Reports and Conduct Cost Analyses
Negotiation Skills
Graduate in Accounting Management, Business Administration or relevant field
Female
Graduate from a Reputable Universities with high scholastics records
