Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality
Identify potential suppliers and maintain good relationship with existing ones
Negotiate contracts and monitor its progress, and check the quality of service provided
Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requesting department
Obtain purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers

With Bachelor's degree
With at least 2 years of experience in Procurement
Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
