JOB DESCRIPTION
Working knowledge in PO (Purchase Order) management i.e. raising PO, matching with invoice, entry to GR (Goods Receipt)
Knowledge in Accrual process and budget management i.e. tracking of actual vs budget
Ability to communicate with budget owners on actions needed for follow through and requirements needed for submission
Attention to details and ability to organize is important especially in managing/checking the supporting documents
Self-starter and has a strong sense of urgency and ownership
