Job Description
Write compelling content for a variety of deliverables, including op-eds, blog posts, tenders, white papers, web copy, social media copy, long-form articles, and more.
Manage CRM system for emailing clients, inputting clients data and records
Post on social media, blogs, images, and content (for internal and client-based)
Handle basic administrative tasks
Able to talk via zoom/call/emails with clients, professional tone of voice
Basic video editing skills, is a bonus
Able to do some outreach content to attract new clients through online media channels
Experience in new business development and handling new client enquiries
Perform other administrative and content writing tasks as required
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Journalism, PR, Communications or related field.
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional and strong content writer with PR / Journalist background understands how to curate a story, work with a hook, rewriting, editing, grammar, and spell-check.
Knowledge in creating content for: (Website copy, Blog writing, Tenders, etc.)
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Excellent phone, email, and messaging communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
