Our affiliated company AP RESIDENCES INC. is currently looking for Public Relations & Account Officer.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from reservation to turnover.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers to ensure positive customer experience.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct and assist in site tours, project knowledge seminars (PKS), and client meetings.
• Monitor client accounts including payment status, collections follow-ups, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Documentation, Accounting, and Construction teams regarding client updates.
• Prepare client reports and account status summaries.
• Assist in organizing company events, community engagement activities, and turnover ceremonies.
• Protect and enhance the company's public image and brand reputation.
• Ensure all communications align with company values and customer service standards.
 
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or any related course.
At least 1 year experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or public relations (real estate experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
Knowledge of real estate processes, housing loan procedures (Bank/Pag-IBIG), and client account monitoring is a plus.
Professional, customer-focused, organized, and able to handle pressure with composure.
