Description
- Triage new clients and assess risk, and referring at risk clients to the provided phone support team
- Counselling clients using a methodology that promotes solution focused outcomes within the prescribed session limits (CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, ACT, Motivational Interviewing)
- Keeping up to date and upskilling on best practice methodologies
- Frequent and clear communication with management and peers
- Responding to clients in a professional and empathetic manner providing an exceptional client experience with our service
- Ensuring client files are updated accurately and all information has been entered
- Ensuring client session is closed after each session
- On occasion review sessions with a senior counselor to ensure best practice
- During periods of downtime, contributing to the educational database such as short-articles and blogs for the website, upskilling and cross skilling with peers
