YOUR ROLE:
Accept full responsibility and accountability for all work designated to him within his area of responsibility.
Responsible for Epiroc business on-line and fleet management.
Responsible on development of Epiroc digitalization, automation, and battery solutions.
Assist in the development of Indirect Sales "IDS" (Mixed Fleet Products). This may include product application studies, competitions, and other related sales support material.
Develop and support service operations on Reman and Mid-life Service Solutions.
Responsible for Product Commissioning. This includes compilation of reports, coordination to Engine OEM and update to machine on-line.
Assist in providing technical support services to Internal and External Customers. This may include troubleshooting, maintenance or operator training and other related services.
Act on behalf of peer group members in their absence as and when called upon to do so by either design or circumstance.
Provide feedback to Management on all matters relating to product deficiencies and product development needs and activities.
Enforce Epiroc policies and guidelines as described in "Epiroc Way"
Drive for process improvement, control stock and non-stock supplies.
Ensure monthly reports on Service operations are regularly reviewed.
Support the Manager in all aspects of business operations.
YOUR PROFILE:
Preferably Mining or Mechanical Engineer, related engineering courses.
PRC license and/or MBA units/degree an advantage
With a minimum of 3 years experience' in Mining Operations
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Positive attitude, analytical approach with good problem-solving skills
Team player, enthusiastic, innovative and proactive with good organizing and time management skills
