• Handle and effectively address claims, suspensions and other issues with providers. Secure and transmit required data and supporting documents necessary to facilitate processing of claims.
• Maintain good relation with providers.
• Scientifically and strategically accredit providers to adequately meet the health needs of clients and members, thereby achieving Network growth and expansion.
• Ensure adequate line-up of coordinators and accredited doctors in all institutional providers.
• Update Providers list and statistics regularly.
• Assist in the preparation for clients' Annual Physical Examinations.
