PROPERTY STAFF - HOUSEKEEPING
Job Responsibilities:
Checks and monitors the attendance of all housekeeping personnel and their assigned deployment area and shift.
Takes charge and/or assists in cleaning the mall area before the mall opens.
Checks and ensures that all assigned areas are clean and well-maintained all throughout the day (before and after mall hours).
Submits daily checklists and reports.
Performs as a reliever in the absence of the Guest Lounge Cashier.
Assists in the mall set-up and other third-party cleaning services.
Job Qualifications:
Knowledge of and experience in general cleaning and sanitizing certain areas of an establishment such as restrooms, dining area, kitchen, countertops, etc.
Candidate must be at least College Level in any course
High school graduate is accepted as long as with relevant work experience of at least 1 year
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and willing to render overtime work when needed.
Good customer service
Team player
Salary offer: ABOVE MINIMUM
