We are looking for a great Property Sales Contract Administrator for a faced paced investment company that helps people achieve financial freedom through property. The client runs seminars and conferences to educate people on how to buy a property. Then guide them on what to buy taking care of all aspects in between.
The contract administrator will handle the creation, follow up, and execution of all sales contracts using DocuSign. You must be an expert in DocuSign and have an insane level of detail. Contracts are a legal document, so mistakes are not acceptable and have huge repercussions.
Required Experience
- Past experience using DocuSign for contracts in Australia Real Estate
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-yr course
A Successful Candidate must have
- Good English communications and written skills
- Great attention to details
- Fast learner and can work with less supervision
