Job Summary:
Provides management and develop strategic directions to improve Design team processes and procedures
Manages execution of planning, design, and evaluation of assigned Non-electric Projects enterprise-wide
Leads in resource planning, cost estimation and cost control of outsourced design
Manages design consultancy and other related technical services
Leads in review, assessment, and validation of outsourced design
Leads in the development of annual Design team goals and initiatives to fully support organization goals and policies
Manages, controls, audits and maintains as-built plans and other relevant documents
Leads in research, development, and application of latest innovations in Green Architecture and Engineering Design
Formulates, develops, maintains, and monitors Service Level Agreement or contractor's performance including audit compliance
Provides feedback and recommendations related to vendor accreditation and development
Qualifications:
Graduate of Engineering and other construction-related fields
Must have passed the licensure examination
Has previous minor and major projects or if newly graduated, has worked on a construction job as an intern for one (1) year
Has knowledge on fundamental project management and construction processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to organization
Proficient in MS Office applications and basic ACAD
Excellent business communication skills
Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
