JOB SUMMARY:
The Property Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned non-electric, enterprise-wide projects: from evaluation, design, construction, and quality assurance, to monitoring completion status.
Manages and develops strategic direction to improve the following: Design process, Construction Management process, and Quality Assurance process;
Reviews and monitors all aspects of non-Electrical projects assigned to ensure quality and timeliness;
Leads resource planning, cost estimation, and cost control;
Formulates, develops, maintains, and monitors Service Level Agreement or contractor's performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Registered Civil Engineer
Knowledgeable in project management and construction processes, methodologies, tools, and techniques
Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
Strong business communication and interpersonal skills with a high sense of integrity and good moral character
