Preferably at least one (1) year of relevant experience in industrial management, facility operations, or property administration
Demonstrated supervisory experience, preferably in managing maintenance teams
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Experience working in a school or academic environment
OSH Certificate Holder
Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory systems
