Property Manager
 
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of residential units and tenant satisfaction. His/her duties include scheduling routine maintenance ie, landscaping, etc... Plus overseeing the team maintenance staff.
 
Responsibilities And Task
Oversee the general management and upkeep of company's residential properties for lease.
Designs policies and procedure for the property (Fit-Out, House Rules, Move-In & Move-out, Visitors ID, Parking Management, Collection Policies, Emergency Preparedness-Fire Drill Exercise Annual, Safety Management)
Responsible for the strict implementation of building House Rules and Regulations including fitting-out guidelines and related policies for tenants/occupants and 3rd party contractors.
Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property
Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations
Screen suitability of prospective tenants based on in-house rental/lease criteria.
Negotiate and implement agreed lease contracts.
Assist tenants with moving in and moving out of leased residential units.
Maintain property by addressing tenants' complaints, completing repairs, contracting landscaping, and enforcing laws of occupancy.
Oversee rental and other bills collection/remittance.
Responsible for Managing the budget/Maintenance Records
Act as liaison between tenants and property developers
Responsible for Taxes/Permits
Enforce occupancy policy and procedures as needed.
Supervise the housekeeping and janitorial works for the residential units.
Conduct Energy management program and best practices for cost saving initiative.
Oversee general security of the residential units.
Oversee records keeping of all active lease contacts.
Manage Staff
 
Qualifications
Graduate of Engineering, Business Administration or any related courses
2-4 years work experience in preparing/handling Residential Lease Contracts and their applicable regulations.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for managing residential properties
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good customers service skill
