Job Qualifications:
Must possess a bachelor's degree in any four-year course. A master's degree in a business-related field is an advantage.
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in property management, operations, administration, or any relevant field.
Must have at least two (2) years of managerial experience.
Experience in customer service is an advantage.
Must have at least one (1) year of experience in project management.
Familiarity with any project management tools/software is an advantage.
Experience in the leasing and/or retail industry is an advantage.
Experience in managing engineering teams or engineering-related projects is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop specific goals and objectives for the teams being managed.
Strong understanding of data analysis methods.
Excellent problem-solving and sound decision-making skills.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Implement all current servicing procedures.  
Ensure that tenant concerns are addressed properly and promptly.  
Oversee any issues and concerns that may greatly affect tenant relationship.
Represent company and management for any tenant operational concerns
Manage cost efficiency and oversee cost monitoring.
Performs site surveys and ocular inspection, to check on mall's overall look, appeal and safety.
Implement all current property maintenance procedures.
Improve current property maintenance practices by making procedural changes when necessary.
Oversee reports on equipment status, maintenance schedule, and corrective reports.
Oversee the annual operating plan for mall projects and upgrades.  
Manage team performance through consistent guidance, support, feedback, and coaching.  
Set goals and evaluate the performance of team members.
Develop and implement up-to-date innovative solutions for the improvement of work quality, efficiency, monitoring, and documentation. 
Be able to perform all other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate head.
