Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A PROPERTY MANAGER
Our client is an Australian owned outsourcing company that was born out of the necessity for companies like their clients to be able to reduce costs, streamline their business, and make the entire operation more efficient. They have over 15 years offshoring experience in a wide variety of industries, making them the right choice to be able to transition sections of their client's workforce offshore.
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager that has the right initiative for the job to join our team. You will be able to help and support the client's growing customer base.
To be a Property Manager:
Minimum 3 years' experience in Australian property management role.
Experience in Console software preferred or any CRM or property management software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Experience in all areas of Australian property management (Tenancy Applications, Arrears, Invoice, Maintenance, etc.)
Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
End to end process in property management.
Your Responsibilities as a Property Manager:
Communicate directly with Landlords and Tenants.
Prepare and assist on tenancy applications (tenant screening).
Arrears management.
Invoice creation.
Maintenance management by processing requests, liaise or make follow-up with tradespeople.
Book inspections.
Property Listing Management.
Preparing lease renewals.
Software data entry.
Issue Notice of Breachers and Lease Renewals.
Assist on property management tasks.
