3. With extensive property management for vertical and horizontal properties
4. Able to handle construction projects
5. Able to multitask and handle several projects at the same time
6. Willing to do fieldwork - with company car provided to be used during office hours only so the applicant must know how to drive 4-wheels manual or automatic; must have updated/ not expired driver's license non-pro is okay, res 2.
7. Preferably residing in Makati or a nearby area
8. If the applicant is residing far from the office, the client gives free accommodation as long as the applicant is willing to stay in
