Job Overview
The Property Manager is responsible for the whole-building tasks in a leased building occupied by tenants. He/She manages daily operations, maintenance, security, and administration in the assigned property. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
Responsibilities and Duties
Acts as a liaison between the owner and tenants
Inspects and arranges maintenance to meet standards
Maintains proper records of all transactions and reports to the owner or the building corporation, in clear and uniform procedures on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Ensures that all maintenance programs for the equipment and facilities of the property are executed as per schedule to minimize equipment downtime
Ensures that the safety and security aspect of the property is always maintained by designing and implementing a security, safety, and emergency management plans
Manages a team of electricians, technicians, security, utilities, and receptionists
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any four-year business course
With at least 10 years of experience in property administration/management
Interpersonal savvy with excellent communication and presentation skills
Results oriented, honest, a team worker with high leadership qualities and can interact with top executives, tenants, and unit owners.
Must have a good understanding and capacity to resolve customer related complaints and has leadership personality to manage cross functional teams
Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer is preferred
Mid-Senior Level / Manager Administration and Coordination Information Technology / IT 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
