1. Acts as
Pollution Control Officer (PCO)

2. Handles the Financial operation of the property, assurance that Association Dues and all other assessments that may be imposed by the condominium corporation are collected on time and ensuring mortgages property taxes and maintenance bills are paid on time.
3. Analyze information on property values, taxes, zoning, population growth and traffic volume to decide if certain properties should be acquired.
1. Primary - decisions to be made are within the Standard Operating Procedures.
2. Secondary - Decisions to be made re within the Standard Operating Procedures.
Willing to be assigned in Baguio City and Quezon City.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College degree, Professional License (Passed Board/ Bar), Property development / Real estate management, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration / Management, Economics, Engineering (Civil) or Equivalent.
Has a very good managerial and communication skills, highly developed organizational skills, has the ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines, proficient computer skills, and with good supervisory skills.
Trainings- Building and Property Management Seminar, Customer Service, Security Awareness, Legal Aspects.
Experience- At least three (3) years working experience in related field preferably Assistant Manager / managers specializing Property or Estate or equivalent.
Salary Range - 35,000 (Negotiable)
Work Location - Quezon City and Baguio
Work Schedule - Mondays to Saturdays
