What We Need
ShoreAgents are a progressive and growing Clark based BPO who specialize in providing remote staff for the real estate industry in the USA, UK and Australian markets.
Our U.S based Residential Real Estate clients are looking for talented Clark/Angeles/Pampanga based property management specialist to join their core teams.
Candidates should have 2+ years property management experience in the eastern U.S or similar market, be available for nightshift and prepared to work from our office in PhilExcel, Clark.
Please Note: Work from home arrangements will NOT be considered.
Salary & Package
Salary offers range from 20,000 to 35,000 PHP per month.

Required Experience
In addition to 2-3 years property management experience, candidates will need to have a high level of competency with the following aspects of the property rental industry:
- Online property advertisements
- Coordinating property viewings
- Responding to enquiries & tenant communication
- Processing tenant applications
- Issuing tenancy lease agreements
- Processing bond lodgments
- Rent collection & disbursements
- Coordinating maintenance
- Addressing compliance requirements
- Invoicing & paying bills
- Managing routine inspections, vacates & lease renewals
Required Skills
Candidates will need to have:
- Excellent verbal English & customer service skills
- Excellent written English & organizing skills
- Strong knowledge of common office and property management tools and software
Beneficial Skills / Tools
- Bookkeeping, preferably QuickBooks
- Rent Manager or any other relevant property management software
