ShoreAgents are a progressive and growing Clark-based BPO that specializes in providing remote staff for the real estate industry in the USA, UK, and Australian markets.
Our U.S based Residential Real Estate clients are looking for talented Clark/Angeles/Pampanga-based property management specialist to join their core teams.
Candidates should have 3+ years of property management experience in the eastern U.S or similar market, be available for nightshift, and be prepared to work from our office in PhilExcel, Clark.
Required Experience
In addition to 3+ years of property management experience, candidates will need to have a high level of competency with the following aspects of the property rental industry:
- Online property advertisements
- Coordinating property viewings
- Responding to enquiries & tenant communication
- Processing tenant applications
- Issuing tenancy lease agreements
- Processing bond lodgments
- Utility connections
- Rent collection & disbursements
- Coordinating maintenance
- Addressing compliance requirements
- Invoicing & paying bills
- Managing routine inspections vacates & lease renewals
A Successful Candidate must have
- Excellent verbal English & customer service skills
- Excellent written English & organizing skills
- Strong knowledge of common office and property management tools and software
