- Send lease to tenants & Property Manager for signing and completion
- Add properties in PropertyMe for New Management
- Add or update new and existing creditors in PropertyMe
- Responds to rental inquiries
- Add property advertisement in advertising websites
- Process Bills, Invoices and charge Lease Renewal fee
- Generate & plot routine inspections, send entry notices, and send two days before email & SMS reminder
- Create advertising & holiday cards
