Our agency, Remote VA PH is urgently hiring for a Property Insurance Account Secretary who can work from 9 AM to 5 PM UK Time.
Job Title: Property Insurance Account Secretary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Doing property insurance quotes, entering data, and sorting emails
As an Property Insurance Account Secretary, you are responsible for variety of tasks, which includes data entry of income & invoices using Quickbooks, liaising with tenants to assist with maintenance, lettings and any other queries.
Updating utility suppliers and council of tenant move in and move out.
Filing documents into cloud based folders and ensuring each tenancy has relevant safety certificates.
You are also responsible for encompassing, reviewing and reconciling accounts, and taking up tasks related to accounting.
Maintain efficient client services and provide support to administration staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Looking for someone super organized, efficient and able to use initiative.
Someone who has great attention to detail to ensure all invoices and rental income is entered with no errors.
One should be knowledgeable of Quickbooks,Gmail, Excel, and Outlook.
Candidate must also possess excellent communication skills.
