Role:
Due to growth, we are searching for a full charge Bookkeeper for our Finance Team. This position reports to the Finance Director.

Main Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of our Finance Team is to accurately record financial data so the company has a clear understanding of its financial positions. Most duties are routine and recurring. Your To-Do list will focus on Data Entry and Reporting.
Requirements
Fluent English oral and written
Experience with Property Management accounting software (Propertyware by Real Page preferred)
Quickbooks Online experience
US business/tax experience (preferred)
Experience managing others (preferred)
Highly organized
Type 30+wpm
Fluency with cloud-based apps like Google Workplaces, Gmail, etc.
Additional Requirements:
Quiet home office with high speed (10+mbps download) internet and 2 computer monitors
Available at least 40 hours per week M-F with weekend availability as needed (emergencies, etc)

To do well in this role, you must have:
1) Discipline to complete all tasks assigned to you by their deadlines,
2) Reliability to show up on time each day and perform your role,
3) Critical Thinking Skills to know when the report you produce is clearly inaccurate or when a transaction does not make sense with routine processes and procedures
4) Courage to speak up when you think something is inaccurate or suspicious
COMPENSATION:
$4-$5 per hour, + up to 20% quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.
