Job Description:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance tasks.
Address tenant maintenance requests promptly.
Manage tenant communications and inquiries.
Enforce lease agreements and handle lease renewals.
Prepare and manage property budgets.
Keep accurate financial records and reports.
Maintain property records and documentation.
Track and report on property performance.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business-related course
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills
With 6 months to 1 year experience
