For a new customer in GERMANY we are looking for a person to support their PROPERTY MANAGEMENT office. This position will provide an opportunity to learn a wide variety of skills related to property management, real estate accounting, the German property market as well as German language and mentality.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and update property related data in the client's Win-CASA property management system
Assist with the management of rental payments and collections
Assist with the calculation of monthly house fees
Manage rental adjustments in accordance with relevant government regulations
Assist with preparation of accounts and reporting
Other property management related tasks
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree related to accounting, finance, real estate or business studies
Familiarity with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Ability to produce grammatically correct and flawless English text
Active and self-motivated personality
A strong motivation to learn the German language even though German language skills are not required to apply.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
