About the role:
A Full-time home-based job to work as property manager assistant. The ideal candidate must have an experience within the real estate industry.
Receive applications from prospective clients and verify if requirements are complete
Communicate with tenancy applicants and provided references
Screen prospective tenants in databases
Create new leases for approved applicants and process tenant onboarding
Receive repair and maintenance requests
Liaise or make follow ups with tradespeople or suppliers
Ensure communications are all responded to within a timely manner
Daily coordination of completed tasks with property manager
Manage multiple software applications
Attend to ad hoc tasks from time to time when required
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role in BPO
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Non-negotiable requirements:
Stable Internet Connection (at least 8 Mbps) with unlimited bandwidth or fiber
Laptop or Computer with Webcam (i5 processor, 8GB RAM, OS: Windows 10, If Mac: 2017 model or above)
