Job Description
General Duties
- Monitor the units scheduled for inspection.
- Ensure that the unit to be inspected by the buyers ar qualified for turn-over prior to the buyers viewing & acceptance. This includes preparation of units in terms of cleanliness, completeness & functionality.
- Prepare and provide turn-over reports and other related submittals.
- Coordinate and properly endorse unit buyers to EPA (External Property Admin).
- Answers emails and calls relative to turn-over concerns.
- Other tasks that may be required from time to time.

-Proficient in MS Office
-Knowledgeable with the use of SAP would be an advantage.
Education
4 years College Graduate
Experience
Preferably with at least 1 year work experience in Customer Service or any Administrative work.
