We are looking for a Property Engineer who is in-charge of monitoring of building preventive maintenance, up keeping and implementation of project and service requests. Responsible for monitoring the work of Property and Building Technicians while monitoring compliance of the properties.
Qualification:
• With Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical); licensed Engineer is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Engineer with the same or related position. Experience in residential/building property management is preferred.
• With valid DENR & LLDA PCO Certificate
• Has strong focus on facility management and government compliance
• Can handle, monitor and upkeep of more than 5 properties
• Has a thorough understanding of HVAC, Electrical, FDAS and other mechanical equipment
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective and strong technical skills
• Organizational skills and good time management
