Job Description
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management;
Supports tenant's utility requirements and the promotion and implementation of mall wide regulations and policies.
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation activities of the property facilities systems and equipment (Air-con Systems, refrigeration, fire protection system, STP, water system, among others). Handle equipment activities, environmental compliances and ensure continuous supply of utilities.
Job Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's of Science in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline required
2+ years of experience working in property development company is an advantage
Experience with mall operations preferred
Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred;
With good working knowledge of national and local building codes and safety standards;
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
