Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of company property and conduct regular inventory checks
Manage acquisition, distribution, and disposal of company assets
Implement and maintain an efficient asset tracking system
Coordinate with departments to ensure proper use and maintenance of assets
Prepare periodic reports on property status, utilization, and depreciation
Assist in budget preparation for property acquisition and maintenance
Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
A year of experience in property management or related field
Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong record-keeping, asset tracking, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Understanding of property laws and regulations in the Philippines
Familiarity with local property management practices in Lapu-Lapu City
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to asset management
