PROPERTY CUSTODIAN
Qualifications:
Computer Literate
Background of CHE Spareparts
Knowledgeable in all purchasing and accounting works
Communication skills.
Conducts a monthly Inventory of motorpool tools, equipment & spare parts.
Conducts yearly Inventory of Company Assets.
Conducts a quarterly Inventory of accountable forms, diesel/fuel & lubricants.
Collate all Sales Invoice with Request for Capital Expenditures and update the Fixed Asset Masterlist
Helps purchaser in the processes especially in the procurement of equipment/ CHE parts.
Assists in researching potential vendors and canvassing.
Manages purchase orders.
Overseeing delivery schedules for pickups and drop-offs samples.
Making travel arrangements.
Liaise with fleet staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition and accurate.
Fills fuel tanks of all Che units request.
Records all issued diesel/fuel & lubricants.
Follows safety protocols/Msds and procedures.
Conducts safety and good housekeeping in the area.
Conducts daily checking and responding to gas leaks
