Job Description
Our client is looking for a dedicated Property Analyst that maintains good relationships with the client, team, and co-workers to be effective in carrying out the work description of the position.
Responsibilities:
Prepare feasibility studies, investment analyses, and pro forma financials for proposed projects.
Conduct market research and analysis to support the development team in identifying new opportunities.
Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions.
Manage the underwriting and due diligence process for new construction loans, equity investments, and joint venture partnerships.
Review and interpret legal documents, such as leases, purchase and sale agreements.
Prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations for senior management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property data, transactions, and analytics.
Stay abreast of trends and developments in the real estate industry.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualification:
Bachelors degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field
3-5 years of experience in investment analysis, commercial real estate, or related field
MUST have estate master software experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and research skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills and Qualification:
Masters degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field
5+ years of experience in investment analysis, commercial real estate, or related field
Advanced skills in Excel, including proficiency with macros and pivot tables.
