JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Bachelors/College Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• At least Two (2) years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in Property Management is an advantage.
• Must have: People management, Personal Development, Excellent leadership skills, Excellent communication skills and Logical reasoning skills
• Willing to work in 6 days a week schedule
• Willing to work in Liloan, Cebu
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
• Compliant to governmental permits and licenses. Ensures that all pertinent permits and certifications are up to date;
• Ensures that all files, forms, and other important documents are well kept and organized;
• Prepare reports and correspondences for the homeowners, clients, and its Board of Directors;
• Supervises the security and maintenance personnel in the day-to-day operations of the property;
• Ensure that all dues, rental fees, and other revenue sources of the property are properly billed and collected in a timely manner;
• Ensures that all customer concerns are properly addressed and attended to;
• Implement the house rules and regulations;
• Makes regular inspection of the property;
• Ensures that all facilities and amenities are working and in good condition;
• Perform other related works that may be assigned by the Management.
